I’ve recently installed my first Hue Lights in our hall linked to a Hue motion sensor. The motion detector works fine – if someone’s in the hall the light come on and after 5 minutes the light goes off.
The problem is even when the Hue app says there’s sufficient daylight and the lights won’t come on they very often (but not always) do come on. I’ve tried moving the sensor to different positions but that doesn’t help – has anyone any ideas/suggestions about what the issue might be?ChrisAugust 3, 2017 at 2:04 pmPost count: 0

Ok. I have same issues and I am very concerned that there ar no answers. Especially from a Hue expert or company support person…
It’s the blasted Daylight Sensor in the Motion Sensor that is causing issues and I just want to turn it OFF and trigger ONLY on motion…
