I have bought 6 GU10 bulbs for my kitchen which are all on the same switch, on the kitchen there is also another set of three lights which are also hue
I bought the ambience white which should allowed to have warm or cook white and I can’t seem to be able to make any changes to the “shade” of white.
Am I doing so,etching wrong? The other three bulbs I can Change without issue.
Is there a dimmer? Not the Hue dimmer – a standard one…
I have a bridge and I set up as I have done all other bulbs. I haven’t got any “non hue” bulbs
I wasn’t asking about other bulbs. I meant a dimmer switch – with a dial you turn to dim standard bulbs? They will likely cause any Hue bulb to misbehave. Are all the Hue bulbs on the same light circuit?
Sorry I misunderstood.
There is no dimmer switch. I only control the bulbs from the app.
The spotlights are on the same circuit as the other three lights I mentioned on my original post (they all switch with the same wall switch).
They were the only bulbs I could not ge to detect straight away and had to put the serial number.
Perhaps I should just remove them and add them back on?
